Terms

Payment is due on completion of work. Payment options include cash, debit card, credit card and cheque (with cheque guarantee card). There is a 2% charge for credit card payments.

Locks Express reserves the right to request payment or part payment in advance of attendance for evening and weekend work.

For agreed account work Locks Express reserves the right to retain or recover all materials until full payment is received. The ownership of materials will pass to the buyers only when full payment is received and until such time the buyers permit Locks Express to repossess all goods.

Work carried out by Locks Express is guaranteed for 100 days, and parts fitted by ourselves are all guaranteed for 12 months.

Promotional 10% website discount is on labour only. Parts charged at normal price. Available when the correct promotion code is supplied at time of booking. One discount per client.  Website discount cannot to be used with any other discounts or special offers.
